What is a Subdomain?

A subdomain is a domain that is a part of your primary domain. An example of this is forums.example.com.

Creating a subdomain would change example.com/forums to forums.example.com

Creating a subdomain

1. Login to the Web Hosting Control Panel by doing one of the following: using the login information provided in the email or navigate to the Billing Area then My Services to retrieve your login.

2. Once you are in, click Sub Domains.

   

3. To the right, click Add Subdomain.
