How can I refund? I spent 15 euros like few hours ago and I want a refund, how do i do it?
After we tried to reinstall the server, it just showed up as an error and we cannot restart it anymore.

If you would like a refund, create a support ticket explaining your reason and thay you would like a refund.

Select catagory “billing”.

Your issue is also fixable and maybe fixable by you. You can try steam update tool on the panel. This will make sure all core files are restored.
